В 2014-2015 в Portal 2 не было украинского языка среди поддерживаемых, именно поэтому он отсутствует. Мод не обновлялся с 2015 и сейчас туда лезть страшно, там надо очень много исправлять с тех времен, а добавление только resource/*_uktrainian.txt язык не добавит.

Hello KorDen. I am from the team behind Ukrainian localization of all big Portal mods. We noticed that despite Ukrainian loc is listed at the TWTM steam store page, it doesn't have one included in game files. Is there any possibility to add it? We will provide this localization.
