Even though I hate fantasy worlds, I loved the game. It has a truly breathtaking atmosphere. Pearl Abyss tried to take the best elements from other games and put them into Crimson Desert. I felt heavy influences from games like The Witcher 3, Red Dead Redemption 2 etc. and they kind of achieved that. The things that bothered me were the horrible noise without ray reconstruction, DLSS being blurry, and the pop-in. I also didn't like that they made some of the controls complicated and tied them to the UI, which could be easily fixed by assigning them to a key.
