I can't upload my older screenshots. Very annoying

The new screenshot manager is also painfully slower than the old one. The list showing what games I've taken screenshots for used to load instantly, and switching between games as well, even if I'd taken hundreds of shots for a game. Now it takes ages, at first it only shows the screenshots that are uploaded online and not local, and switching to a game with more than a few dozen screenshots takes forever to load once I start scrolling down.

It sucks, it's awful, and Valve as usual doesn't listen to any feedback about poor UI changes. I would love to just revert the screenshot manager entirely, I don't think the new one adds anything useful at all.

Valve has only expanded the list of problems: they have combined the video and screenshot manager into one field.
Now, when you want to go into the screenshot settings, you are redirected to this general area, which is overloaded and takes a long time to load.

I'm not using the video manager yet. I haven't bought a steam deck yet.
I don't want all the functionality mixed in one place.

I found another bug with the new screenshot manager:

Screenshots for appid 0 (which can happen if you use a mod like RTX Remix with a game, despite Steam showing you playing the correct game - another bug) cannot be deleted through the screenshot manager. Nothing happens.

Also one missing feature: You can't set the spoiler tag when uploading multiple screenshots at once.

Since then, I've purchased a Steam Deck. None of the issues described above have been fixed. I previously thought that at least in Big Picture mode things would be more usable, but the count of issues has increased again:

1. I still can't select in the search filters a list of local-only screenshots that haven't been uploaded.
2. I can’t delete local screenshots via this manager without also deleting the versions uploaded to my profile.
3. If I manually delete local screenshots via Desktop mode, they’ll still appear as blank fields in the screenshot manager because traces remain in screenshots.vdf
4. I can’t view images in fullscreen mode on Steam Deck.
5. I can't scroll screenshots with next/previous buttons for current filter (e.g., a list of a specific game). It always selects EVERY SINGLE possible screenshots.
6. I can’t select multiple screenshots at once in Steam Deck mode to upload them to my profile.
7. Screenshots are still uploaded in REVERSE ORDER in desktop mode — that’s bad.

Yes, none of these issues existed before the switch to the new React Native screenshot manager.

I’ve heard that all of UI is reworked for release on Steam Machine and Valve Frame. I really hope the screenshot manager will be fixed.
