Remedy’s Control is utterly captivating and a blast. The gameplay is stupendous and fun. The visuals are stellar and the art style is great. The story is bizarre in the best way possible, but requires a lot of attention. My MacBook Pro 16 M4 Pro handles the game without any problems and offers lots of performance customization. Playing the game with a PS5 Dualsense controller made that ferocious gunplay intense, fast, and fluid. The game progresses in a creative manner allowing players plenty of choice and control, pun intended. The only nitpick for me was the amount of reading documents available because you have to pause the game to take all the information in, and I just wanted to keep levitating and hurling objects at the Hiss instead of reading reports. Jesse Faden, the Oldest House, and the Service Weapon all make Control utterly dazzling and worthwhile.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

The game tells it's story in a bureocratic way that is interesting, I don't think another game captured that perfectly while being entertaining.

The scenary, art direction, combat is VERY good, but what I liked the most was the boss fights, they were so fun and challenging but not too hard, the ''secret'' bosses, a quest related to find porcelain cats, the puzzles are good just pay attention visually, the game is so cheap with 2 DLCs included on sale, there's no reason not to get this game if you like Remedy games.

Be prepared to have Youtube opened because the map of the base game can be VERY confusing, the game tells its story better from the collectibles which are WALLS of texts and that can be a lot sometijmes, side quests are more interesting that the main quests, I liked Jesse but I was more interested in everything else than her, why do I need to open the menu everytime I wanna switch weapons? As the game progressed the enemies started feeling as bullet sponges and this was not the case early or mid game, the game ends with a teaser and we are lacking many answers, hopefully we get them in the next game.

Platinum'd after 35 hours, there's no missable achievements.

7.5/10: Remedy games are good in general, but I prefer Quantum Break over this

Bought this game on discount just for collection. One day decide to give it a try just because why not. Man oh man I'm so baffled by the complexity of the story and miscellaneous yet having so much fun playing this game.

Game Engine: 9/10 (I rarely get any bugs during gameplay)
Graphics: 9/10 (Chef's kiss)
Level Design: 8/10 (This game set in 1 building, yet the developer can make it feel so complex. Game feels lonely because of lack of NPC interactive.)
Game Mechanic: 8/10 (Really make you play creatively by surrounding environment)
Repetitiveness: 7/10 (Enemies could spawn area that you've been cleared. Sometimes it's annoying and tiring but you could just evade them, it design to support the game upgrade mechanism.)

*Note: I stop 3 times playing this game until I finish it. Really could get inside your mind if you are deep diving into the lore. I always feel unsettling after playing this game. If you want a comparison, this game feels like Watch Dogs but with supernatural elements.
