my stupid hp reverb g2 won't properly connect anymore, and microsoft and valve are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ liars. For the first time in months, I was able to get my headset to work properly for less than 5 minutes before all ♥♥♥♥ went to hell and nothing again. I can't even bother explaining because I am too burned out, and unless if there is a miracle fix, there is no way to get this fixed, let alone to work again.

I have tried every single thing under the sun to troubleshoot the issue. Driver and firmware updates. faulty usbc connection. Uninstalling and reinstalling both mixed reality portal and steam vr. If you name it, 99.99% chance I checked and tried it already.

I don't even know how the hell to fix it anymore either, but steam vr just loves aggressively shoving itself over windows mixed reality and keep on opening itself even when I close the program. Like I just said right here, I fixed it before somehow, but seeing as it's been like pretty much half a year, I can't remember nor be bothered to.

If somebody suggests using oasis and switching to windows 11, I will grab my nearest glove and reach through the entire internet across the other side of their screen and give them a strong chivalrous smack upside the head.
